About Anuya Phule

With over 20 years of dedicated experience in the field of mental health, I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, and Counselor committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I pride myself on creating a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment , where clients feel respected, heard, and empowered.

My approach is deeply rooted in compassion and understanding, ensuring that each person I work with feels comfortable and valued throughout the counseling process. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology (2004) and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology (2002) , both from Pune University , which have provided me with a strong academic and clinical foundation.

Over the years, I have worked with diverse populations and have developed the cultural sensitivity and expertise needed to support clients from various backgrounds and life experiences. In addition to traditional in-person sessions, I offer online video therapy that maintains the same depth, effectiveness, and connection as face-to-face sessions, making quality mental health care accessible no matter where you are. Guided by professional ethics and integrity , I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. My areas of focus include emotional wellness, stress management, relationship dynamics, trauma, and personal development.
