The theme for the 2026 Congress is:
“Health for All: Affirming, Equitable, and Sustainable CBT.”
This theme reflects WCCBT’s global commitment to promoting mental and physical well-being through cognitive-behavioral strategies that:
-
Affirm individual identity, resilience, and autonomy
-
Address personalized care while reducing systemic health disparities
-
Ensure long-term sustainability across diverse populations and practice settings
